WHAT IS Urinary Catheter Support?

This support involves assisting with indwelling, in-out, or suprapubic catheters for participants who need help with bladder management.

  • Follow catheter plans and check functionality
  • Support safe insertion (for intermittent) and drainage
  • Maintain stoma cleanliness and catheter site
  • Observe and report infection symptoms or complications
  • Measure and record urine output
